Se encuentra situada en el Caserío Rural de Chirche; lugar en el que podrás disfrutar de unas vistas y unas puestas de sol inmejorables Casa de Campo de mediados del siglo XIX. La Casa está distribuida en dos plantas. La primera planta consta de dos habitaciones, salita de entrada, baño, salón de estar, cocina y dos patios. En la planta alta dispone de una habitación y un solarium, desde donde se contempla la Isla de La Gomera. El Caserío está muy bien conservado y existen numerosos senderos y Caminos Reales, por lo que la practica del senderismo, es una de las actividades más atractivas de este lugar. El Caserió se encuentra salpicado de multitud de elementos de patrimonio etnográfico como hornos de teja, eras, Hornos de Brea, etc., que hablan del pasado de las gentes del lugar

Lovely house located in Chirche, Guía de Isora The House has been recently estored and though it has gone through different constructive periods caused by the former economical needs, it dates from the xix century. The house has three double sleeping rooms, a living room, a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two courtyards and solarium, where you can enjoy the view of La Gomera Island. The furniture has been kept according to the characteristics of the house, the place and the time it was inhabited. Furthermore the following equipment is offered: washing machine, spin-drier, chimney, heating in all the rooms, tv with satellite, etc. The house is located in a very small village settlement ( municipality of Guía de Isora) named Chirche which has a remarkable rural character. Here the house have a prevailing traditional style, being most of them built along the 19 th century though some of them date from 18th century as well. Chirche is 900 meters above the sea level and due to its geographical seat enjoys of unbeatable views and sunsets. From Chirche you can contemplate the west side of the island, from the shore up to the National Park Las Cañadas del Teide and its vulcan Pico Viejo, viewing also the Tágara gorge and the Tágara woods, one of the oldest pinewood of the island which has been declared Nature Reserve. Futhermore you can contemplate the islands La Gomera, La Palma and part of the Hierro. If you want to use the car, Chirche is only 15 minutes away from Las Cañadas del Teide and the coast and thirty minutes away from the international south-airport Reina Sofía.

Das Mobiliar ist dem Charakter des Hauses, seiner Epoche und der Umgebung angepasst. Weiterhin verfügt das Haus u.a. über folgende Einrichtungen: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kamin, Heizung in allen Zimmern, Fernseher, usw. Das haus liegt in einer kleinen Ortschaft namens Chirche, dei zur Gemeinde von Guía de Isora gehört. Das Dörfchen hat einen ausgesprochen ländlichen Charakter mit traditionellen Häusern, die gröBtenteils aus dem 19.Jahrhundert stammen, einige sogar aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Chirche bietet dank seiner höhe von 900 m.ü.M. und seiner geographischen Lage die herrlichsten Sonnenuntergänge und unverbesserliche Ausblicke auf den westlichen Streifen der Insel, von der Küste bis zum Natonalpark Cañadas del Teide, auf den Vulkan Pico Viejo und die Schlucht-und Berglandschaft von Tágara, eine Naturreserve mit den ältesten Kieferwäldern der Insel.AuBerdem sind die Inseln La Gomera, La Palma und einen Teil von El Hierro zu sehen. Für einen Ausflug mit dem Auto brauchen Sie nur 15 Minuten bis zum Nationalpark Cañadas del Teide, und in etwa dreiBig Minuten sind Sie shon am internationalen Flughafen Reina Sofía. Das vor kurzem renovierte Haus stammt aus zweiten Hälfte des vergangenen Jahrhunderts. Aufgrund der wirtschaftlichen Entbehrungen der damaligen Zeit wurde es jedoch in verschiedenen Bauepochen errichtet


Elle est située dans une ferme rurale de Chirche ; lieu dans lequel vous pourrez profiter des vues et des superbes couchers de soleil. Maison de domaine du milieu du XIXº siècle. La maison est partagée en 2 étages. Le 1º est divisé en 2 chambres, l’entrée, salle de bain, salle de séjour, cuisine et 2 patios. A l’étage supérieur se trouvent une chambre et un solarium, d’où l’on peut contempler l’île de Gomera. La Ferme est très bien conservée et il y a beaucoup de sentiers et chemins, pour ceux qui aiment les randonnées, c’est une des activités les plus attractives de ce lieu. La Ferme se trouve remplie d’une multitude d’éléments du patrimoine ethnographique comme les fours à tuiles carrés etc.… qui racontent le passé des personnes de ce lieu.
