The rural house dates from the XVIII century and its recovered in 1994 the style was respected using material similar to the used in its construction. The rural house is two floor with 2 double rooms and 2 bathroom (one of them in the bedroom), big kitchen totally equipment, dining room, interior court, 2 balconies (one with view to the sea and another one to the mountains Arico). In addition, it has a spectacular view, with a panoramic overlooking the town and the Atlantic Ocean. This rural house is located in the historical center of Villa de Arico, declared monument of historical-artistic interest due to its church of the XVIII century, of gothic style with baroque elements, second in antiquity of the south of the island. In addition, this town is the administrative center of the municipality of Arico, the second most extensive one of the island of Tenerife. Here you can practise all type of sports related to the nature such as: hiking, hill walking, mountain-bike and climbing (the best place of the island for this sport), the house is situated together of the beaches of the town: to 10 minutes of "Abades", to 15 minutes of " Porís de Abona ", " La Punta de Abona " and "Tajao" (this zone is know for the numerous restaurants of fresh fish). The highway of the south, TF-1, has an exit with direct access to Arico's Villa, TF-629 road of recent construction across which only is late 8 minutes in coming.

Das Haus befindet sich in der historischen Altstadt von Villa de Arico, bezeichnet als ein historisches-kunstvolles Gebäude, aufgrund seiner Kirche, die aus dem 18. Jahrhundert stammt und im Gotischen Stil mit Elementen des Barocks erbaut wurde. Des weiteren befindet sich das Haus im Verwaltungsbezirk der Gemeinde Arico, dem zweitgroessten Bezirk der Insel Teneriffa. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem Anwesen mit 3 Gemüsegärten, mit unzaehligen Obstbäumen, medizinischen Pflanzen und Zierpflanzen. Das Haus wurde im 18. Jahrhundert erbaut und seine Restaurierung wurde mit den selben Materialien der frueheren Zeit, so wie fuer die Konstruktion benoetigt durchgefuehrt. Das Haus verfügt über 2 seperate Eingänge. Der Haupteingang wendet sich zur Calle „El Manzano“ und der andere Eingang befindet sich zur Calle "La Estopa" gewandt. Es ist ein Ort, der sich durch ein spektakuläres Panorama auszeichnet, mit Blick auf das Dorf und den Atlantischen Ozean.
